You have the right to return the product you received within 14 calendar days and request its replacement with another.
In any case the returned products must be in the condition received by the customer. This means:

We emphasize that the date of dispatch of the returned product is considered the one indicated by Geniki Taxydromiki on the receipt, for the control of the deadline.
For product returns and choosing Geniki Taxydromiki you are charged with the amount of € 3.80 which is the cost of shipping.
In case you choose another Courier besides the cooperating General Post, in any case you will be charged the shipping costs.

In cases where, through proven fault of Myrtali Organics, a product of defective quality was sent or by mistake in receiving the order, in the invoicing, in the shipment, damaged during transport, with poor packaging, etc. then Myrtali Organics takes full responsibility for the replacement and the cost of return.
In order to determine if the product is defective you must send us electronic photos of the product in order to be checked by the competent department of the store. If you send us the product without following the above procedure, you will be charged in full for all shipping costs of the product.
It is possible to cancel your order before sending the product. Cancellation is possible by sending an e-mail to our email address [email protected] or by phone at +302651301650 daily 9:00 – 17:00.
If the order has been shipped from the store and within 14 calendar days from the day you received the product, you have the right to return it and get your money back. Refunds are always made at the purchase price of the product on the day of purchase. The deposit of your money will be made within 14 working days from the moment we receive the products to be returned and if they meet the conditions for returned products as described above.
Refunds to a bank outside Piraeus Bank are subject to your additional charge as well as the remittance costs of the respective bank. In banks outside Piraeus Bank, additional charges may arise to the customer from the bank to him and which correspond to the respective price list of each bank, for which we do not bear any responsibility.
