The online store eshop.myrtaliorganics.grsends the orders to the address that the customers state in the order form (home or workplace). It is necessary to enter the correct details both for further communication from the sales department of Myrtali Organics and for the correct shipment with the courier service (Courier).
Myrtali Organics is not responsible for any delays, failed deliveries, returns or costs that may result from incorrect address or other shipping details.
Orders within Greece are made with Free Shipping if the total order is over € 50. For orders up to 50 € the shipping costs are 3,80 €.
The courier company we work with is General Post, which has a large and reliable distribution network in Greece. In the rare case that the area where you live is not served by the network of General Post, Myrtali Organics will send you your order in an alternative way without any additional charge in addition to the above.
All orders are shipped from our store the next business day (Monday to Friday) from the day you placed your order. Please note that in rare cases there may be a slight delay (usually 1-4 days) in shipping your order if any of your products are not immediately available.
The orders are sent with the courier company Geniki Taxydromiki and are delivered in 2-3 working days. Delivery time is not specific and may vary even at your request. There is also a possibility in very remote – inaccessible areas the order will be delivered after 4 working days.
It is also noted that deliveries do not take place during weekends and holidays. If you wish delivery within the weekend, you will be charged with the additional costs determined by Geniki Taxydromiki.
Upon completion of your order you will receive an e-mail informing you that your order is in our store.
You can pick up your order from our store, at the address Konstantinos Paleologos 3, Nea Zoi, Ioannina, without any additional charge on shipping and cash on delivery costs with the possibility of payment either in cash or with your debit / credit card.
All orders where the products are immediately available will be available for receipt on the next business day of the order. If the order contains products that are not immediately available, the order will be available for collection as well as the longest listed date of receipt of the products.
Your order will remain available in our store for 5 working days, from the day you receive the informative e-mail of receipt. After five working days the products are released and the order is canceled.
If you want the products you will have to re-order if the products are still available.
